A little bit about  me...
Iâve been a personal trainer for almost a decade, and also worked as a birth doula for 3 years, so I have some experience in helping A LOT of women go from feeling stuck, exhausted, nervous and ready to give up...to literally transforming their strength, their energy, their confidence and their lives.
Not by some magic pill or brand new workout style no one's ever heard of before, but by slowing down, helping women get connected to their bodies and learn how to move in a way that actually fits their life.
Thatâs why I created the Lazy Girl Experience. Because you donât need another EXTREME program, you need something sustainable, supportive, and simple.
 As a trainer, my mission is to help you learn how to listen to our body, push comfortably outside your comfort zone, and create the change you want to see in your life.Â
