This isnât just a set of workouts...itâs a 3-month experience designed to help you train smarter, understand your body, and build lasting strength. With 4 weeks of workouts repeated three times to fully sync with your cycle, youâll learn how to move with your hormones, challenge yourself without burnout, and support recovery.

This intermediate-level program blends strength, cardio, Pilates, and recovery workouts while teaching you how to train with your cycle, understand your hormones in a simple way, and sweat like never before.

In week 1, we focus on low-impact, total body movement that challenges your body while honoring the need for rest and recovery.

 In Week 2, with rising estrogen, this is the perfect time to push yourself a little harder, embracing longer sessions and tapping into your bodyâs building momentum.

Week 3 is a transitional week requires balancing the high energy of ovulation with the care needed as you move into the luteal phase, focusing on powerful movement and mindful recovery.

As energy drops in Week 4, we focus on maintaining strength while prioritizing rest and recovery for the upcoming cycle.
A little bit about your trainer...
After years of pushing my body to fit a certain size, restricting my food, and overtraining, I realized I was done feeling exhausted and disconnected from myself. It wasnât until I threw the rule book away, started listening to my body, and gave myself grace and respect that I began to feel at home in my own body and mind.
My perspective deepened through my work as a birth doula, educating women on their bodiesâ unique wisdom and intuition. I realized these same principles could transform fitness: learning your bodyâs language, understanding your rhythms, and honoring its intelligence.
As a trainer, my goal is simple: to help you connect with your body, tap into your power, and create habits that support your well-being so you feel alive, strong, and fully you.
