After years of chasing beauty standards and feeling exhausted, I shifted my focus from appearance to how I wanted to feel: strong, energized, and connected.

As a trainer, my mission is to help others do the same...by embracing joyful movement, nourishing their bodies, and listening to their needs. I believe true health comes from within, and I’m here to guide you toward a fulfilling life where you actually feel your best.
