I’ve been in & out of the fitness industry for 10+ years. I started my career as a personal trainer in the heart of West Hollywood, CA. I loved the energy, the drive, the passion for fitness & learned from some of the best trainers in the industry. 


I dipped out of training after my first daughter was born to be a stay-at-home mom & then my second daughter showed up not too long after that. I am incredibly grateful for the time I was given to raise them, and knew I needed to rediscover who I was and what I wanted not only for myself but also for my little family. 


And then training found me again. I jumped back into online group fitness classes, private training, began a YouTube channel & it all reignited my passion for fitness again. Except this time I had some years under my belt and a fresh new perspective. 


I’m not perfect, I don’t have it all together, and I don’t want to pretend like I do. I just want everyone to know that they are stronger than they think, that they are capable of hard things, and that progress isn’t always pretty, but when the hardship is over we leave stronger, more confident and more whole than ever thought possible.

What equipment do I need?

  • Light to medium weight dumbbells (I recommend 5-15lbs)
  • Exercise mat 
  • Exercise bands optional! These mainly appear in the bonus workouts, and your workout will definitely still be effective without them.
  • Sweat Towel, because you know...the sweat.
