You'll learn how to work with your bodyâs natural phases...building strength on high-energy days, leaning into low-impact toning on others, and prioritizing rest and recovery when your body calls for it.

The Cycle Syncing Workout Program includes:
- Â 4+ weeks of expert guidance
- 3â4 workout classes per week
- 30â50 minute classes
- A blend of strength, cardio, pilates and recovery classes to create a well-rounded routine
- Learn all about your cycle while moving through the program and why it matters
This intermediate program is for those with a solid strength foundation who want to tune into their bodyâs signals. Learn when to push and when to recover so you build strength and energy in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.

WEEKÂ 1:Â Menstrual Phase â Mindful & Low-Impact
Focus on low-impact, mindful movement that challenges your body while honoring the need for rest and recovery.

WEEK 2:Â Follicular Phase â Boosted Energy & Strength
With rising estrogen, this is the perfect time to push yourself a little harder, embracing longer sessions and tapping into your bodyâs building momentum.

WEEK 3:Â Ovulation to Luteal â Energy Shift & Intentional Movement
This transitional week requires balancing the high energy of ovulation with the care needed as you move into the luteal phase, focusing on intentional movement and mindful recovery.

WEEKÂ 4:Â Luteal Phase â Maintenance & Recovery
As energy drops, focus on maintaining strength with low-to-moderate intensity while prioritizing rest and recovery for the upcoming cycle.
